Responsibilities
* Drive the development and execution of the Country Marketing Plan, ensuring delivery of all KPIs (market share, brand awareness, penetration, innovation impact, etc.).
* Lead Media strategy including planning, agency management, performance tracking, and ROI optimization.
* Manage the full product portfolio and go-to-market strategy across the entire lifecycle, grounded in consumer, shopper, and retailer insights.
* Set strategic direction and operational plans for Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Trade Marketing.
* Act as brand ambassador, ensuring strong positioning and consistent communication aligned with the Global Brand Team.
* Lead, coach, and develop the local Marketing team in line with the company leadership standards.
* Monitor market dynamics, consumer trends and competitive movements, providing strategic input to Regional and Global teams.
* Oversee the A&P budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return, and orchestrate the digital customer journey from planning to conversion.
Qualifications
* University degree in Business Administration or Marketing; MBA preferred.
* Minimum 10 years’ FMCG marketing experience with a strong track record in brand building and commercial impact.
* Proven experience in managing external agencies and vendors.
* Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Media management and SEO; Sales experience is a plus.
* Deep market and customer understanding, with strong command of IRI/Circana and other analytics tools.
* Strong financial acumen with solid understanding of KPIs, budgeting, and P&L management.
* Strong organisational and leadership capabilities, able to navigate complexity.
* Highly collaborative, effective in cross‑functional and matrix environments; strong relationship builder and team player.
