About the Client
A leading artistic and cultural institution, known for its world-class collections and engaging public programmes, is seeking an exceptional Director's Assistant to provide high-level support, ensuring the smooth running of the Director's Office.
Role and Responsibilities
You will act as the Director's right-hand support, managing communications, engagements and operations at the highest level. This varied role demands exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders.
* Manage the Director's correspondence, reports, speeches, and presentations.
* Coordinate speaking engagements, research, and briefing materials.
* Oversee invitations, events, and travel arrangements.
* Provide governance support, including meeting coordination and minute-taking.
* Manage the Director's Office budget and expenses.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience supporting a senior leader in a complex organisation is preferred.
* Outstanding organisation, attention to detail, and discretion.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM database systems.
Additional Details
* Permanent position with 3-month notice period.
* Based in Central London.
* Office-based with occasional work-from-home days.
* Salary up to £34,000 depending on experience.
