Hybrid Company Secretarial Assistant
We are partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver professional corporate secretarial services to a varied client portfolio while developing your governance and compliance expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the provision of corporate secretarial services across client portfolios, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Draft board, committee, and shareholder meeting minutes and resolutions, incorporating feedback from the team and clients.
* Attend client board and general meetings, prepare board packs, convening notices, and maintain statutory books and records.
* Coordinate document execution, filings with the Registrar of Companies, and adhere to deadlines.
* Maintain accurate time recording and support the team in delivering additional services as required.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Ideally qualified or looking to qualify or part-qualified
* Prior corporate secretarial experience.
* Understanding of company law, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
Hybrid working
3 days per week in office (Southampton) following initial 3 month probation.
