Job description:
Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Warehouse Colleague to join our team at Ikea in Dartford.
This is a full time, permanent role, and you will be working 40 hours per week, on a shift pattern of 4 on 4 offwith the hours of 09:00 21:00.

What youll do on a typical day:
* Carry out training of new employees, and daily operational tasks
* Assist and oversee van area procedure, ensuring all vans are completed by following the process and in a reasonable time manner
* Aid and assist with Warehouse Operatives development and continuous improvement
* Cover Supervisors duties during his absence
* Adhere to all of GXO Health & Safety policies at all times
* Physically demanding role which includes lifting and shifting of furniture
