We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of care experienced young people from Dudley.
You will need to have a positive, can-do approach and a willingness to work alongside partners and colleagues to overcome challenges faced. Previous experience working with vulnerable young people, guiding and encouraging them to overcome challenges and achieve their aspirations, supporting their development of independence skills, or working specifically with care experienced young people, will be beneficial.
Most importantly, you will need to be young person focused, relational, and restorative in your approach, desiring the best for all you support.
