Role purpose / summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in HR reporting, particularly using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and deploying interactive dashboards, custom reports, and automated HR letters to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
Required skills: Experience of HR reporting - especially OTBI Dashboarding and letters
* Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, especially in OTBI and BI Publisher.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
* Experience creating complex dashboards, data visualizations, and parameterized reports.
* Proficiency in SQL and data modelling within Oracle environments.
* Experience with HR letter generation using Oracle templates or BI Publisher.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
