Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Maintenance Coordination team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office software applications. This role is essential for ensuring seamless integration of processes and information within our head office departments.
The role will cover a varied range of administrative areas, so will suit a versatile individual with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Most importantly, this role will support the business in its migration to a paperless environment for our engineering processes.
What you'll be doing:
* Monitoring Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
* Assessing engineer paperwork before jobs are progressed to the invoicing stage; referring incomplete or inaccurate paperwork to the relevant coordinator to ensure appropriate action with the engineer.
* Updating internal customer management systems, ensuring the annual implementation of customer price increases and subsequent administration.
* Creating asset lists to document the fire protection equipment at each site; ensuring the asset register is continually updated with any component changes.
* Provide cover for the coordination team during periods of absence.

What we offer…
* 21 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), rising with length of service to 24 days
* Salary up to £26,000 DOE
* Paid contractual sick pay in line with length of service
