An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join my clients team in their Stockport offices on a hybrid basis.
Role
The successful applicant will manage their own case load of residential conveyancing transactions and be supported by an experienced assistant and a collaborative team.
Applicants must have at least 5 years' experience handling all common types of Residential Conveyancing property transactions but in particular: Sales, Purchases, Transfer of Equity and Re-Mortgages. This is a varied role to ensure the smooth running of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Dealing with the preparation of initial Client Onboarding
* Liaising with Clients, Agents and other Third Parties
* Dealing with all aspects of Client Matter Compliance
* Preparing Contract Packs
* Reviewing Title
* Raising Enquiries
* Preparing Reports on Title
* Dealing with Completions
* Preparation of Financial Statements
* Completing all Post-Completion work
