Hickton Quality Control is the UK’s largest provider of Clerk of Works services. Based within our Head Office in South Yorkshire, we require an organised individual to join the Resource team to assist with the smooth running of our onsite operations.
The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for the site inspectors, and responsible for ensuring clients receive inspection reports that are in-line with our quality standards and received with-in a timely manner.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and this role is key to this, enabling the successful applicant to be involved with a variety of on‑site projects and be part of a welcoming and professional team.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Excellent organisational and grammar skills
* Able to work with a team and collaborate effectively
* IT literate and confident using Email, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Roles and responsibilities
* Monitor the receipt of reports and chase up any non‑submissions
* Ensure timely distribution of reports to all relevant parties
* Audit warranty reports in line with QA guidelines
* Ensure correct administration of our CRM system for all warranty projects
* Send instructions to our inspectors and clerks of works
* Contact clients and inspectors to arrange site inspections
* Communicate proactively with clients and Clerk of Works throughout projects
* Archive projects and request any relevant supporting information
* Request testimonials and customer feedback
* Contribute to monthly KPI’s
* Provide all-round administration assistance to the Warranty Team and wider team when required
