Job Description
Are you passionate about food and working in a kitchen environment? Join us at the Rank group as a Kitchen Team Member! Working closely with your head chef, you will meet and exceed customer expectations daily.
You will:
* Acknowledge, welcome, and assist customers in all areas
* Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
* Collaborate with the hosting and wider casino team
* Prepare, cook, season, and present casino menus according to recipes
* Follow all HACCP and safety guidelines to ensure food safety
* Report defective equipment and systems to the head chef or duty manager
* Manage stock rotation (FIFO), ordering, and usage to minimize losses
* Seek feedback to improve food quality and customer satisfaction
* Maintain cleanliness in all food preparation and service areas
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a culinary or food preparation setting
* Minimum of 6 months experience in a commercial kitchen
* Flexible to work shifts as required
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety guidelines
* Level 2 Food Safety certification or working towards it
