Conveyancing: Consultant Solicitor & Lawyer Opportunities
This role offers a consultancy, fee-sharing basis with the potential to earn up to 75% of your billing. You can choose to work from home, from one of our offices, or both, with flexible arrangements designed to support independent practice.
About the employer
Taylor Rose is a top 60 law firm with over 25 offices nationwide. We provide access to nationwide offices and meeting rooms, a dedicated liaison team, and technical head support for operations, legal matters, and training.
Responsibilities
* Join as a consultant solicitor, solicitor, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer with expertise in residential or commercial property (private and/or public sectors).
* Operate on a consultancy/fee-sharing basis, with the option to set your own clients, fees, hours, and volume of work.
* Benefit from referral of larger and established clients and immediate access to accreditations and lender panels.
* Work remotely or in-office, with access to hot-desking facilities, CMS and electronic systems, and business development support.
* Maintain professional standards with PII cover up to £20 million and access to nationwide offices and meeting rooms.
Qualifications and requirements
* Legal professionals with 4+ years PQE in residential or commercial property, applicable to private and/or public sectors.
* Eligible roles include Solicitors, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancers seeking consultancy opportunities.

* Earn up to 75% of your billing; your split will not drop below 70%.
