Key Responsibilities
* Handling email and call enquiries including taking bookings
* Administering C4Kids and Pebble Platforms
* Take party bookings, prep admin boxes and party bags.
* Book weekend locations for each term via the appropriate platform or venue contact
* Prep weekend admin boxes
* Create daily registers for ASCs and Camps
* Support debt management processes for ASCs and Camps, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalations when necessary.
* Clothing stock control liaising with departments to meet requirements
* Provide weekly attendance returns for WAC, ASC, Weekends (including conversion table) and post Camp
* Ad hoc tasks as when required
