Lecturer in A Level Law
Location: Newcastle and Stafford College
Part-time – Full-time Position Available (29.60 hours – 37 hours)
Salary: £32,136 – £42,848 pro rata (depending on qualifications and experience)

Main Duties and Responsibilities
* To deliver high quality teaching across the full range of the department’s L3 Law programmes.
* Play an active role in the marketing of the College and the Department through such activities as open days and through liaison with local employers and schools.
* Engage in core duties including preparation, marking, monitoring student progress, preparing reports, setting and marking of examination papers, developing and preparing flexible learning materials.
Required Skills and Experience
* Holds a first degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
* Has an appropriate teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent).
* Is an outstanding and innovative teacher of Law who achieves excellent levels of success.
* Has experience of teaching Law at Level 3 or above.
