You will teach across Key Stages 4 and 5 (KS3 exposure beneficial), inspiring students to understand the dynamic world of business, finance, and enterprise. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Business Studies lessons Teach across KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level/BTEC) Prepare students for examinations and coursework assessments Foster an understanding of real-world business concepts and practices Monitor and track student progress, providing targeted support where needed Contribute to departmental planning and wider school initiatives Essential Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK A degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related subject Proven experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level Strong subject knowledge across key business topics (e.g. marketing, finance, operations) Excellent classroom management and communication skills A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing Desirable Skills & Experience Experience teaching GCSE and A-Level Business Studies or BTEC Business Knowledge of current exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, OCR) Ability to link curriculum content to real-world business scenarios Background or experience in industry or enterprise Track record of supporting student progress and attainment Why Apply?
