Are you an experienced Wholesale Merchandiser with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail? Our client is a leading supplier to high-street retailers, and are looking for a dynamic professional to join their team in West London. This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday), offering the chance to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
* Liaise with sales and design teams to develop and bring product concepts to life.
* Act as the main point of contact for key retailers' post-sale, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
* Manage and update customer critical paths weekly to keep orders on track.
* Coordinate with factories to oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing.
* Handle all testing requirements to meet customer-specific quality standards.
* Manage fabric strike-offs and collaborate with mills to resolve issues and secure approvals.
* Work closely with the technical team to meet sealing deadlines and ensure product quality.
* Raise dockets, maintain accurate documentation, and track production progress.
* Order fabrics and trims to ensure seamless production and on-time deliveries.
Person Specification:
* A highly organised and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.
* 3-5 years of experience in wholesale merchandising, ideally within the fashion or womenswear sector.
* Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and problem-solve under pressure.
* Proficiency in critical path management and experience liaising with factories and suppliers.
