Regional contractor that specialise in M&E, fit out, refurbishment, construction & maintenance. They work with several blue-chip clients and main/sub-contractors along with various government agencies, and housing associations nationally.
Responsibilities of an Estimator
* Produce detailed quotations, raise purchase orders, manage project budgets and approve supplier invoices.
* Develop cost estimates for M&E projects, covering labour, materials, plant, and subcontractor costs
* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for M&E/Fabric projects.
* Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations.
* Multitasking several tenders.
Requirements for an Estimator
* Experience Estimator.
* Relevant construction related degree or qualification.
* Experience on projects from £100K - £2.5m.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Experience with Mechanical and Electrical systems.
* Maintain current knowledge of industry pricing, regulations, and best practices
