Day Rate: Up to £800 per day | Start: ASAPHays are working in partnership with a well-regarded Further Education organisation to appoint an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for an immediate start.
This is a key leadership role, providing strategic and operational financial oversight during a critical period of transition and delivery.The RoleReporting to the CEO and working closely with the senior leadership team anderning body, you will:
1. Lead the organisation’s financial strategy and planning
2. Ensure robust financial controls, reporting, andpliance
3. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
4. Provide clear financial insight to support strategic decision-making
5. Engage with external stakeholders, including funding bodies and auditors
6. Support organisational transformation and improvement initiatives
About YouWe are seeking a proven finance leader who can make an immediate impact:
7. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
8. Prior experience within University, Further or Higher Education is essential
9. Strong track record operating at CFO/FD level inplex organisations
10. Confidentmunicator with the ability to influence at Board level
11. Experience managing change and working in an interim capacity is highly desirable
