Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager

We are working with a rapidly scaling UK FinTech operating in the credit card space who are seeking an experienced Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager to support exciting growth plans. With around 250 employees and a scale-up mentality, the business is entering a new phase of expansion driven largely by new card acquisitions across both owned and co-branded products.
You will join the business as an essential extension to the existing Acquisition Lead, who currently oversees customer acquisition strategy across all channels. With major targets to deliver and several new initiatives launching, the team urgently needs a capable, autonomous marketer who can take ownership of execution and help deliver against new account sales targets.
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who can quickly understand financial services acquisition levers, interrogate data, and execute multi-channel growth activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Acquisition Lead in delivering and executing the acquisition marketing strategy across owned brands, co-brands, and a major upcoming global partnership.
* Shape and implement marketing plans to drive new credit card applications.
* Own day-to-day campaign design, build, and execution across multiple channels.
* Analyse and interrogate customer and performance data using SQL, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
* Identify new growth opportunities to help the business hit new account sales targets.
* Work cross-functionally with compliance teams to ensure financial promotions are approved and aligned with regulatory expectations.
* Bring structure, pace, and momentum to a lean acquisition function.
Skills & Experience
* Financial services experience is essential, ideally within credit cards.
* Deep understanding of financial promotions - what is likely to be approved and what isn’t.
* Strong growth marketing and omnichannel acquisition background.
* Hands-on data capability: SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics
* Ability to pull, interpret, and challenge data.
* Self-starter who can operate with autonomy, roll up their sleeves, and deliver quickly.
* Experience in fast-paced, scale-up or high-growth environments is highly advantageous.
