This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications, and experience needed to thrive in a dynamic industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
* Provide 1st line support for the Service Desk
* Manage support tickets and assist senior engineers with projects
* Assist in setting up desktops and laptops
* Handle ticket queries such as password resets, new user requests, and fault logging
* Support infrastructure refreshes
* Participate in telephony rollouts
* Deliver first point of contact support to customers via phone, email, and the portal
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery
* Work within SLAs to achieve efficient resolutions and high first-time fix rates
Training Details:
* Your training will be delivered in 2-day blocks every 4-6 weeks through online classrooms
* You will be supported by a specialist coach from Baltic Apprenticeships
