Full Time 37 hours per week on weekly shift rotation 0700-1500 or 0900-1800

Brookfields Specialist Education School requires a caring and hard-working person to join us as a Caretaker. Working as part of the Site team you will work collaboratively with all staff to ensure that our buildings, facilities and grounds are safe, clean, compliant with Health and Safety requirements and provide a stimulating and welcoming environment.
You will be experienced in working with general maintenance to support the day-to-day upkeep of our school buildings and grounds. Specific skills in carpentry, plumbing, fencing and decorating are advantageous.
Our aim is to provide an enabling and engaging educational experience for our pupils, who have a range of physical and learning needs.
Experience of working in a school environment is advantageous but not essential as full ongoing training will be provided. The willingness to work in a SEN environment where you can demonstrate your excellent support skills, motivation, resilience and desire to make a difference is equally important. A full driving licence and own transport are essential for this role.
