An award-winning, social-first creative agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day management of 3–5 client accounts across home, interiors, design and lifestyle brands, acting as the main strategic point of contact
* Develop and own monthly social strategies, content plans and platform recommendations aligned with each brands business objectives
* Lead client calls, presentations and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity
* Direct content production across shoots, creators, photographers and videographers in collaboration with the in-house production team
* Monitor and report on social performance, translating platform data and campaign learnings into actionable insights
* Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, creatively ambitious agency culture
Skills & Experience
* Previous agency experience is essential - strong understanding of account management structures, workflows and how agencies operate commercially
* Proven track record managing social-first content strategies across Instagram, TikTok and broader platforms
* A genuine passion for home, interiors, design and lifestyle brands
* Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term trusted relationships
* Strong visual eye, natural sense of taste and platform-native creative instincts
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and moving parts simultaneously

Salary & Benefits
* £45,000–£50,000 depending on experience
