Job Title: Complaints Handler
Location: Leamington Spa (Monday to Friday on-site)
Salary: £24,225 plus Employee Benefits

They require an individual to join the team with strong all round communication skills to work in the fast-paced debt recovery team but with specific responsibility for written responses in the following areas:
Complaints handling
Expressions of Dissatisfaction
Data Access requests

Skills Required
1. 1 to 2 years' experience in a fast-paced customer services related role, dealing with written communications to members of the public in a professional setting.
2. Experience with a CRM to access customer records and access templates for a range of pre-determined written responses
3. A naturally inquisitive approach to resolving customer issues, requests and complaints.
