Clerical Officer
Full‑time Clerical Officer based primarily at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary x‑ray department. The role requires covering Glasgow Royal Infirmary, Stobhill ACH and Glasgow Dental Hospital as needed, with possible travel across the North Sector to other GGC imaging departments.
Shift Pattern
Shift pattern will vary and comprise various shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday, as per local requirements.
Essential Knowledge & Skills
* Proficient in the use of software systems, including Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
* Previous clerical experience.
* Good organisational and communication skills, including the ability to prioritise and work under pressure to tight timescales.
* Flexible approach and an understanding of the principles of good teamwork.
* Ability to work proactively on own initiative, flexibly and independently.
* The ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff at all levels.
