We’re looking for compassionate Female Care Assistants to join our friendly, stable team supporting a client in Telford, Shropshire.
About the Role
* Provide 1:1 care in the client’s home
* Support with outcome-focused community activities
* Be part of a supportive and consistent care team
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in complex care
* Familiarity with:
o Non-Epileptic Attack Disorder
o Oxygen therapy and nebuliser use
o Medication administration
o Personal care and catheter care
o Comfortable with meal preparation and light housework
* Strong ability to build rapport, be reliable, and work independently
* Empathetic, open-minded, and non-judgemental
Requirements
* UK driving licence preferred (not essential)
* Must be comfortable with dogs
* Excellent time management skills
