Senior Product Manager – Window Solutions
Location: Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, UK.
Salary: Up to GBP 70,560 depending on experience.
The Role
As an integral part of the company's Window Solutions division, you will be responsible for the product management of current and future ranges, specifically bought‑in system accessories and fire‑rated window and door products.
Your Duties Will Include
* Working on commercial topics such as strategy development, pricing, market research, compliance, stock management, sales analysis, and new product launches.
* Dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
* Supporting the UK sales team in promoting a diverse range of fenestration products.
* Ensuring the business continues to grow in a profitable and sustainable manner through consistent implementation of the UK strategy by the team.
The Successful Senior Product Manager Will Demonstrate
* Previous experience of product management within the construction or fenestration industry.
* Experience and working knowledge of fire‑rated construction products, including application and legislative requirements (desirable).
* Education to degree level; HND standard is ideal, or equivalent qualification through experience.
* Experience creating business plans, data analysis, spotting future trends.
* Ability to adapt to complex business situations and market requirements.
* Structured approach to work.
* Focused, analytical mind.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel essential.
