Self-Harm Network Scotland provides free compassionate support, resources, and information about self-harm. The power of lived experience enables us to work with each person to find their own way forward.
Working within a national team, you will provide remote support for people who self-harm and are self-referred through our online portal or chat function. This role is specifically developed for individuals with lived experience of self-harm.
The Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner (Peer) will act as a recovery champion within the team and an ambassador of recovery with external agencies and partner organizations. You will also be involved in developing peer roles and contributing to the creation and development of this service.
