This is a regional role based in the South & East of England.
Main duties of the job
As the Regional Operations and Relationship Manager (ORM), you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of NHS LIFT buildings within the CHP portfolio. This role does not have a fixed allocation of buildings but provides relief support across the South & East region and supports projects as required.
This includes overseeing property compliance, ensuring high standards of tenant engagement and satisfaction, managing relationships with service providers, supporting compliance with safety and contractual obligations, and contributing to community engagement initiatives.
A structured and proactive approach is vital to effectively organise, plan and prioritise the workload to ensure all responsibilities are met efficiently, compliance is maintained and strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders are fostered.
