About the role
Within our Financial Services Risk practice, the Banking Non-Financial Risk & Compliance team works with our banking and capital markets clients on their most pressing risk and regulatory programmes. This is an exciting time to join the growing team of individuals covering retail, wholesale and capital markets. We work across Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Sustainability functions.

As a Senior Associate, you'll support delivery of projects across governance, risk frameworks, controls design, sustainability, and technology enablement. You'll collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to high-quality client outcomes.
What your days will look like:
1. Assist in reviews and remediation of governance and risk frameworks;
2. Support design and implementation of risk and compliance processes and controls;
3. Contribute to technology deployment and GRC implementations;
4. Prepare analysis, reports, and presentations for client engagements.
This role is for you if you have:
5. Experience in financial services risk or controls projects (consulting, banking, or audit);
6. Understanding of risk management and control frameworks;
7. Strong analytical and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau);
8. Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and presentations;
9. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities;
10. Interest in technology and AI-enabled ways of working.
