GIS Analyst – Lower Thames Crossing

We are looking for a GIS Analyst to join our Infrastructure team and work on the Lower Thames Crossing project in a primarily site-based role. As a GIS Analyst, you will be supported by the GIS Manager (among others) to problem-solve, innovate and develop sustainable GIS solutions by taking ownership of individual tasks to contribute to a collaborative project delivery.
What you'll do:
1. Manage and maintain large volumes of GIS data, ensuring data quality and accuracy throughreconciliation, digitisation and cleansing
2. Ensuring fit for purpose information is served to the right person at the right time in the right format
3. Liaise with different discipline teams on the project to identify opportunities, develop GIS solutions, train & upskill end-users.
What you'll bring to the role:
4. Undergraduate Degree or above in Geomatics, Engineering, Geography, Environmental Sciences
5. MSc in Geospatial Sciences, GIS or GIS related discipline (preferred but not essential)
6. 2+ years of professional GIS implementation
7. Working towards or accomplished professional qualification
8. Practical experience of ESRI ArcGIS Suite (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise and field applications)
