Interim HR Business Partner (6-Month Contract in the first instance)
Elevation HR are urgently seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner for an initial 6-month assignment with one of our established clients based in West Yorkshire.
This is a broad, hands-on generalist role supporting managers, directors, and employees across multiple sites throughout the North of England and the ideal candidate will be based in the West Yorkshire/South Yorkshire area for easy access to sites. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders to deliver pragmatic HR support, drive people initiatives, and provide commercially focused HR partnering in a fast-paced environment.
The role offers hybrid working, with approximately 2 days per week onsite which will include regular travel across regional sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert HR partnering support to managers and directors across a range of people matters.
* Lead on employee relations activity, including complex case management and coaching managers through processes.
* Support employee engagement and retention initiatives to improve workforce performance and culture.
* Use HR data and insight to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Coach and support leaders to build capability and confidence in people management.
* Contribute to and support the delivery of wider HR initiatives and projects.
* Build strong working relationships across operational and leadership teams.

* An experienced HR Business Partner with strong generalist capability.
* Proven background operating within fast-paced, high-volume environments.
* Confident managing complex employee relations issues independently.
* Commercially aware with the ability to use data and insight to influence decision-making.
* Credible communicator with the ability to quickly build trust and relationships at all levels.
* Comfortable working in a hands-on operational role with changing priorities.
* Available at short notice and able to quickly embed into a new organisation.
