Hours:
* Monday to Wednesday 6am - 2:30pm
* Thursday 6am - 2pm
* Friday 6am 12pm
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join an Automotive Manufacturer near Leicester. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to support production and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and cost standards.
Responsibilities:
* Lead daily meetings, present updates on safety, quality, and cost metrics.
* Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs.
* Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
* Ensure timely execution of work orders and allocate resources effectively.
* Create action plans to address gaps in maintenance performance.
* Manage and develop a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and team management experience.
* Maintenance planning and execution within a manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on KPIs.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
* Level 3 equivalent qualification in engineering
