Job Overview:
As a Workshop Controller you will be responsible for overseeing workshop operations, managing the team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and maintaining a safe, efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise workshop team, delegating tasks and maintaining productivity.
* Maintain high service quality standards and manage workload under tight deadlines.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or a supervisor ready to take on additional responsibility.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and deliver excellent customer service.
