About the Role
The opportunity to join BYD UK as a Senior Programmatic Media Specialist is highly appealing because the role combines strategic planning, hands-on activation, and performance optimisation across multiple channels including Display, Video, YouTube, and CTV. About You
A strong background in programmatic media includes experience managing and optimising campaigns across platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, and similar technologies. Experience spans campaign planning, audience targeting, budget pacing, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis across Display, Online Video, and Connected TV environments.
An analytical and commercially focused approach is supported by advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, alongside experience with tagging, tracking, and Google Analytics to ensure accurate measurement and actionable insights. Experience working with first‑party, third‑party, contextual, and geo‑based audience strategies has strengthened the ability to identify optimisation opportunities and improve campaign efficiency.
Collaboration has also been a consistent part of previous roles, particularly when working alongside creative and brand teams to align campaign messaging with performance goals. Exposure to (automotive/high‑consideration/luxury/etc.) categories has further developed an understanding of balancing brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes.
