We are seeking a highly organised and proactive School Administrator to join an amazing secondary school in Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school’s administrative functions, with a focus on attendance management and general administration.
Responsibilities:
1. Attendance Management: Monitor student attendance, follow up on absences, and liaise with staff and parents as needed.
2. General Administration: Maintain school records, update databases, and assist with day-to-day office tasks.
3. Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries from parents, staff, and external agencies.
4. Data Entry & Reporting: Ensure accurate record-keeping and provide reports on attendance and school operations.
5. Support Staff & Students: Provide administrative support to teaching staff and assist students when required.
6. Safeguarding Compliance: Ensure all administrative processes align with safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements:
7. Previous experience as an Attendance Officer or School Administrator (essential)
8. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
9. Excellent communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office, SIMS experience preferred)
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information professionally
11. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to administration
