As a People Data Analyst, you will collaborate with senior leaders to enhance data-driven decision‑making processes. Your focus will be on building robust data reporting, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that drive business performance. You will be the go‑to expert for data reporting within your area of the business.
Responsibilities
* Partnering with Directors and Managers: Work closely with senior leaders to deliver accurate and timely data reports that support strategic decision‑making.
* Data Accuracy and Integrity: Works with the Data Quality & Standards Manager to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing robust data validation processes.
* Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive data reporting systems. Analyse data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
* Areas of Focus: Manages the end‑to‑end data journey of the relevant business area that you partner, resulting in accurate and consistent view of Workforce Data.
* Change Management: Support the deployment of change projects by providing data insights that inform training and development initiatives.
* Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to managers on data reporting tools and systems.
* Partner with the Technology teams to transition from tactical to strategic reporting, ensuring a smooth handover of documented requirements.
* Work in a cohesive way with the Operational Reporting Manager to ensure alignment and consistency with data across the group and areas of focus.
* Supporting in any product improvements relating to your area of focus, including being a key stakeholder in any future work relating to the technology roadmap.
* Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Data Reporting Tools: Proficiency in data reporting tools and software.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide data‑driven insights that support business goals.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly and effectively.
* Experience in Data Reporting: Previous experience in a data reporting role is desirable.
