Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Experience supporting learner progress, including monitoring engagement and providing guidance or escalation when needed. Skilled in producing reports and management information, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to coordinate meetings, track actions, and follow through to completion. Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire and empower others. Proactive, organised, and solution-focused, with a commitment to achieving both learner and organisational success. Enthusiasm for using digital tools and technology to enhance learning and reporting outcomes.
