Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Director to lead and deliver a high-impact marketing and communications strategy. This role is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth through both new business acquisition and expansion within existing customers.
You will play a key role in positioning the organisation as a market leader through strong brand presence, digital performance, and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and own the overall marketing and communications strategy aligned to business objectives
Work closely with senior leadership to represent the voice of the organisation
Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective delivery and execution
Identify new markets, sectors, and opportunities for growth
Campaigns & Performance
Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to support revenue targets
Manage the marketing budget and report on spend effectiveness
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI
Drive continuous improvement through data-led insights
Brand & Communications
Oversee brand management and corporate identity across all channels
Create and deliver a wide range of marketing materials (digital and print)
Maintain strong internal communications to align teams with marketing objectives
Position the business as a thought leader within its industry
Digital Marketing
Lead digital strategy across PPC, SEO, social media, and website performance
Ensure the company website is optimised and performing to high standards
Support product launches and collaborate with external agencies
Operations & Collaboration
Maintain accurate campaign data and reporting systems
Build and evaluate strategic partnerships
Align marketing activities across business units/subsidiaries
Contribute to continuous improvement across marketing practices

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or related field
Experience
Proven experience managing a marketing P&L
Strong background in multi-channel b2b lead generation
Experience leading and developing b2b marketing teams
Track record of delivering b2bstrategic marketing plans
Skills & Knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, PPC, social)
Analytical mindset with strong project management capability
