Working on projects in North Wales, you'll be joining a really experienced and professional SME Contractor, with long-lasting relationships and secured work in a busy order-book.
They are looking for a Site Manager to join the team. You'll come from a main contracting background, and have experience working on commercial build projects, and (ideally) also new build housing.
You'll have experience of working on projects up to £5m, and be able to run sites autonomously and be a hands‑on Site Manager. You'll be proficient working with programmes of work, managing subcontractors, producing RAMS, managing H&S, dealing with key stakeholders, and be fully IT literate.
