Qualifications
* 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
* Healthcare industry experience is required
* Prior experience with UKG is required
* Strong background in employee relations and HR operations
* Proven ability to influence leadership and build strong cross‑functional partnerships
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a strategic HR partner to executive and operational leadership
* Lead all core HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and performance management
* Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives
* Drive a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on employee experience and operational excellence
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations
* Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on HR best practices and employee matters
* Oversee HR systems, reporting, and process improvements, including utilization of UKG
* Partner closely with leadership to support growth, change management, and organizational initiatives
