Job Description
A newly created role of Head of Marketing Communications, Partnerships & Product - a key role driving customer engagement, focused on both acquisition and repeat customers, by delivering compelling customer experiences and bringing to life the proposition.
Working closely with the Insights team to ensure the product and experience meets the needs of the customers, bringing new innovations, to create a great guest experience.
Developing a plan to broaden the appeal to both existing and new customers, through a PR, Events, and Social Media strategy to build excitement, engagement and connection to the product offering across the audiences.
Working with strategic partners, both from a Commercial Partnership and Marketing Partnerships perspective, to leverage partnership opportunities, maximise additional revenue opportunities and cross selling opportunities.
Working with the Head of Research and the wider Marketing team, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the customer needs, to build out the customer proposition, the partnership strategy and external PR/Social/Events opportunities, to showcase passion for the great outdoors.
A really collaborative role, working with the Head of Brand/Digital, Sales, Operations and Head of Network, you’ll also directly lead a team of 5.
