Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:

* A track record of removing blockers and enabling predictable delivery.
* Confidence in balancing client needs, tech constraints, and product vision.

Responsibilities:
* As our Scrum Master, you will own Agile delivery processes and champion continuous improvement across teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading Agile delivery across multiple squads, ensuring strong cadence and predictable outcomes.
* Facilitating sprint ceremonies with clarity, purpose, and energy.
* Partnering with the Product Owner to maintain a clear, value-driven backlog.
* Collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders to unblock delivery and manage dependencies.
* Building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring outcomes that truly serve users.
* Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring teams, fostering autonomy, collaboration, and accountability.
* Promoting continuous improvement and championing Agile culture and best practices.
* Bringing a delivery-focused mindset to planning, execution, and risk management.
