Our client is a well known brand specialising in the repair and refurbishment of consumer electronics and bicycles - from smartphones and tablets to TVs, laptops, and push bikes. Their mission is to give products a second life while delivering top-tier service to our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
* Receive and inspect returned items including TVs, mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and push bikes
* Accurately log returns into our system and assess condition
* Liaise with repair technicians to determine next steps (repair, refurbish, recycle)
* Package and prepare items for repair or resale
* Maintain a clean and organised returns area
* Support inventory control and stock movement
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or returns environment preferred
* Basic understanding of electronics or bikes is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
* Team player with a proactive attitude
Hours of work
* Monday - Friday, 07:10 - 15:10
Pay Rate
* £13.34 per hour
