Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Commercial & FRM Operations, will lead two critical CARVYKTI field teams: Field Reimbursement Managers and Cell Therapy Experience Leads. This role maximizes team productivity to achieve organizational goals and ensure business success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as a core member of the field leadership team
o Develop operational strategies through engagement with senior leaders and field teams
o Recommend strategies to improve field effectiveness and customer interactions
o Analyze market trends and growth opportunities
2. Team Leadership and Collaboration
o Act as liaison between teams and broader organizational units
o Foster a positive, high-performance culture
3. Performance and Metrics Management
o Establish and monitor performance metrics and dashboards
o Conduct business planning and reviews
o Collaborate on effectiveness benchmarks
4. Training and Development
o Lead planning for POA and National Meetings
o Oversee training program development and deployment
o Create coaching guides and reports with senior sales leaders
5. Project Management
o Lead strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
o Identify risks and prioritize demands
6. Communication
o Create and maintain field communication platforms
o Manage regular and ad hoc communications to optimize field engagement
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required
* Minimum 5 years in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device Industry
* Experience supporting reimbursement specialists or therapy leads is a plus
* Strong analytical, strategic, and influencing skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement processes is preferred
* Willingness to travel up to 30%

Salary Range: $120,000 - $207,000
