The Role
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of renewable energy projects from inception to completion. You will manage contracts, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage contracts for air source heat pump, solar PV, and battery storage installations.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and compliance with industry standards.
* Prepare and review contract documentation, risk assessments, and method statements.
* Ensure health & safety and quality control across all projects.
* Support tendering and procurement processes.

Requirements
* Proven experience in contract management within the renewable energy or construction sector.
* Strong knowledge of air source heat pumps, solar PV, and battery systems.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management.
