Branch Administrator

Your New Company

Join my clients team in the Boston area, as a Branch Administrator, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of branch operations. This is a varied and fast-paced position, offering the opportunity to provide top-tier administrative support while maintaining excellent communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as a personal assistant to the Branch Manager, providing day-to-day administrative support
* Handle incoming calls and manage the branch switchboard efficiently
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries
* Provide cross-departmental administrative support as required
* Prepare sales quotations, issue invoices, and generate delivery documentation
* Carry out daily cashiering tasks and liaise with Head Office
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all data is up to date
* Keep the sales database regularly updated
* Assist the sales team during events, trade shows, and promotional activities
* Conduct monthly stock checks on domestic items to ensure accuracy
* Facilitate clear and timely communication across the team
* Consistently deliver professional, high-quality, and customer-focused service
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
* Confident in dealing with people at all levels
* Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* High level of accuracy in written communication and numerical data
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Self-motivated, approachable, and a team player
* Ability to use initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Well-presented and detail-oriented
Additional Information

Location: Boston area, Lincolnshire
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time, Salaried
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000, dependent on experience
