Property Manager
The Property Manager role is a great place for you to learn and develop ready to progress your career further in Residential Lettings. Initially, you will be spending time learning new systems and gaining an understanding of the Lettings Industry as well as the numerous regulations Landlords and Agents must adhere to. Over time your role and your responsibilities will grow in line with your personal development plan and on the job training, to ensure you have all the knowledge, skills, and experience to meet the expected performance as a fully trained Property Manager. You will manage your own portfolio of properties, contributing to the success of your team and office.
The Role
* As a Property Manager, you will manage the tenancies for all properties that are in your portfolio.
* You will have excellent communication skills, as you will be speaking with both landlords and tenants.
* You will be able to take ownership of all issues and queries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved.
* You will provide support to a busy, fast paced team.
