TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a leading UK law firm that is currently looking to appoint a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their high-performing Conveyancing team in Taunton. The Role:
As a Senior Conveyancer, youll play a pivotal part in the ongoing success and growth of the firms residential property team. Youll be handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with the support of a wider team and assistant-level resource, backed by state-of-the-art case management systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
Reviewing documentation, handling completions, and resolving due diligence matters.
Delivering tailored legal advice to a broad range of clients, including individuals and businesses.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the conveyancing and wider legal teams.
Driving high service standards and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
What Were Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and confident Conveyancer (or Senior Conveyancer) who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Essential skills and experience:
Proven experience running a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Ability to develop strong client relationships and maintain a high standard of client care.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to contribute to a collaborative culture.
