Regional Operations Director – Richmond Villages
Salary: £80,000 per annum. Home based – you are expected to visit at least two villages per week.

About The Role
* Assist with preparation of annual budgets and targets for the villages, monitoring performance through proper accounting and reporting.
* Lead project work, identify and develop new opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
* Complete required internal and external audits each month, ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies and taking appropriate action.
* Gather and analyse market data to inform business decisions and monitor competitor activities, understanding when to lead and follow market trends.
* Ensure new policies and initiatives are successfully implemented, take responsibility for health and safety requirements and ensure adherence to relevant legislation.
* Provide incident management support, lead on complaints and implement learning from serious incidents and audits, ensuring concerns raised by staff or residents are actioned and escalated as appropriate.
* Lead the training and development of Village Managers and Heads of Department and assist with investigations or disciplinary actions as required, ensuring compliance with people legislation.
Who We’re Looking For
* Significant senior management experience with strong financial awareness and budgeting skills.
* A proven record of leading a management team to exceed business results.
* Skilled negotiator with exceptional relationship‑building skills.
* Experience in customer‑centric organisations and a good understanding of relevant legislation to ensure compliance.
* A NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers Award (or equivalent), knowledge of policy formulation, and experience working with health professionals (advantageous).
* An open and approachable attitude, confident in managing change and mitigating business risk.
