Production Line Leader – Food Manufacturing
Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday
Pay & Shifts:
* Initial training period (first 2 weeks): 07:30 – 17:00 | £14.32 per hour
* After training (permanent shift): 18:00 – 03:00 | £15.34 per hour
About the Role
Our valued client, a well‑established and growing food manufacturing business based in Hull, is seeking an experienced Production Line Leader to join their team.
This is a hands‑on leadership role within a fast‑paced production environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, high product quality, and strong team performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a team on the production line
* Ensure daily production targets and KPIs are achieved
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality
* Monitor line efficiency and minimise downtime
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures
* Support onboarding, training, and development of team members
* Work collaboratively with internal departments including QA and Engineering
About You
* Previous experience in a Production Line Leader / Supervisor role
* Experience within food manufacturing is highly desirable
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
* Flexible and reliable, with a proactive approach
