In this role you will have the opportunity to: Lead, motivate, and empower individuals to deliver complex programmes with measurable value. Establish and maintain governance structures. Manage risks and issues to protect and maintain client confidence. Commercial Management Identify and develop new opportunities within healthcare. Innovate, through leading and implementing process efficiencies and identifying new opportunities. Encourage the use of new technologies, tools, and ways of working to drive continuous improvement. Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders at CxO-level. Key Skills & Requirements: 7 years of experience in programme management within the public sector and/or healthcare. Track record of delivering complex multi-million pond programmes. Strong experience in delivery management and leading programme teams. Experience in project governance. In this role, you will gain exposure in the following areas: Leading digital transformation programmes for national Healthcare bodies. Contributing to bid responses for Public Sector/Healthcare procurements, including effective bid writing. Sharing thought leadership in the public domain, such as blogs, articles, and industry forums. Develop new service offerings and propositions. Develop skills in agile delivery management.
